How to pay
Once we confirm your quote and time, a $65 deposit by Cash App or Apple Pay locks in your appointment. It comes off your final bill. Pay the rest when the work is done. Some jobs, like special-order glass, are paid in full up front. Business and fleet accounts are invoiced, with no deposit. Minnesota sales tax applies to parts. You'll get an itemized invoice from Butler Auto Glass Service LLC.
Policies
- $65 booking deposit. Once we confirm your quote and time, a $65 deposit locks in your appointment. It comes off your final bill.
- Changing your appointment: reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead and your deposit moves to your new date. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if no one is available at the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Paid in full up front on some jobs, like special-order glass. We'll tell you when we confirm. Special-order glass is non-refundable once it's ordered.
- If we have to reschedule (weather, parts delays), your deposit moves to the new date, or we refund it. Your choice.
- Business & fleet accounts: no deposit, we invoice after the work. A $65 fee applies to no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Inspection / service call: $65. Credited toward the repair if you book within 30 days.
Aftercare
- Wait 1 hour before driving while the urethane cures.
- Leave the retention tape on for 24 hours.
- No car washes and no slamming doors for 48 hours.
- If you park in the heat, leave a window cracked slightly.
